The Collections job family negotiates payments and offers solutions to customers/other parties to resolve accounts that are delinquent / past due or overdrawn to mitigate loss to the Bank. Accounts may be secured or unsecured.

The Role

The Collections area is responsible for negotiating payments and offering solutions to resolve past due or overdrawn accounts while complying with regulatory requirements.


Handles inbound and / or outbound customer interactions to negotiate payments and offer solutions to resolve past due or overdrawn accounts. Complexity of processes are moderate to high and various solutions can be offered based on customer situation and eligibility. Strong decision making and judgmental decisions are required. Requires increased negotiation and financial problem solving skills.
