The Regulatory Operations Analytics and Automation Business System Manager is responsible for leading Analytics and Automation across the US and Mumbai sites. This dynamic position will identify automation opportunities, define proposed solutions using intelligent solution tools and implement the automation strategy across the Regulatory Operations organization.
As Analytics and Automation Business System Manager, you will (at a minimum):
Partner with the management team and subject mater experts to identify process automation opportunities that will increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce risk.
Analyze the potential benefits for opportunities using process recording software or other analysis tools and techniques, propose solutions and gain agreement to implement.
Maintain a pipeline of automation opportunities, prioritize, and provide regular updates on status and benefits achieved.
Build and lead a team of Business Analysts and Developers whose focus is analyzing and developing automated processes.
Continually explore better business intelligence tools and help upskill team members.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Regulatory Operations and it's control partners.
Process Automation Experience: 3-5 years managing a team focused on process automation with a clear progression managing increased scope and complexity.
Technical Knowledge: 2-3 years direct experience or knowledge of Alteryx, Python, R and other Intelligent Solution tools
Analytical Rigor: Ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes
Critical Thinker: Must beable to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions
Communication: Ideal candidate will be able to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of managemen
Attention to Detail : An acute attention to detail is required, specifically ensuring
Intellectually Curious Self Starter: Must be able to operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency
