JPMorgan Chase Chase Card Services - Resource Manager, VP - Project and Campaign Delivery in Wilmington, Delaware

The Project and Campaign Delivery team (PCD) manages marketing campaigns to deliver communications to prospective customers to invite them to apply for a credit card and to current customers to increase usage, reinforce the benefits of their credit card or outline upcoming changes. In addition to campaign execution, PCD supports marketing related projects which may include execution across multiple delivery channels focusing on the development and implementation of new products and marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

This person will have direct management responsibility for 5 to 8 campaign/project managers.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years in Operations, Management, and Project Management functions or similar experience

  • Strong people development and client relationship skills at all levels

  • Motivational leader with strong desire to mentor team members and assist in career growth and development

  • Extensive knowledge of operational marketing disciplines

Ideal Candidates Would Be Able to Do the Following:

  • Proven experience with positively influencing change and delivering creative solutions

  • Ability to easily engage and influence across all levels of management, including cross-functional and external stakeholders

  • Experience in root cause analysis and resolution expertise
