JPMorgan Chase Chase Card Services-Vice President-Campaign Management in Wilmington, Delaware

About This Position:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of multiple direct reports in campaign execution and creative development of credit card acquisition tactics on a reoccurring basis. This position sits within the Acquisitions organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for leading teams that design and execute successful marketing campaigns via multiple marketing channels. This person will manage the strategic and executional goals for the Acquisitions card organization goals. They will interact and partner with other teams to explore and execute A/B testing opportunities. The focus with each campaign will be to utilize their interpersonal skills to coordinate with operational groups across the partners, and stakeholders of the Card Services teams to ensure that resources are aligned to the top priorities They will identify and lead opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of campaign management marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategy experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
