JPMorgan Chase Consumer Bank Executive Communications Analyst in Wilmington, Delaware

The Consumer Banking Internal and Executive Communications team is seeking a highly talented and creative executive communicator to support internal communications for the Consumer Banking organization. Our commitment is to be the bank for all, easiest to do business with and trusted in our communities from a written, multimedia and event communication perspective.

As a Consumer Bank Executive Communications Analyst you will support internal communications for the Consumer Banking organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, drafting messages, presentations and other communications on their behalf to be distributed to employees. In addition, you will support the Office of the CEO, where you will be responsible for partnering with other Executive Communicators, Business Managers and Human Resources on monthly Cultural Messages and ad hoc requests. At times you will need to support PR efforts and Field Communications assignments.

Job responsibilities:

  • Research, write, edit and post internal communications

  • Work with business SMEs and Executives

  • Manage and prioritize your assignments to meet deadlines

  • Develop and project-manage communication plans for major initiatives or special projects

  • Participate in meetings with senior business and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and manage stakeholder needs and expectations

  • Provide additional communications support, when needed, for other business units

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 1 plus years of internal communications experience

  • Strong leadership skills leading various communications projects end to end

  • Strong sense of purpose and ties to culture

  • Superior writing skills with versatility in format, including news and headline writing, feature writing, technical writing, instructional writing and copy editing.

  • Efficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Must be a quick study of complex or technical topics and be able to simplify those concepts into clear, precise writing.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working on tight deadlines.

  • Must be able to produce urgent / crisis communications on demand,

  • Must be focused, accurate and organized.

  • Ability to work and lead collaboratively and effectively in a group setting and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Writing samples must be submitted
