JPMorgan Chase Quant Analytics Manager in Wilmington, Delaware

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive the Operational Reporting function, and deliver critical time sensitive control and management reporting to the organization. Ensure consistent and accurate delivery of reporting. Work with team members and key stakeholders to design innovative solutions for reporting needs. Develop and execute an automation roadmap to increase efficiency of the reporting process. Continually explore potential tools and techniques to help improve the team's functioning. Attract, develop, and retain talented analysts. Maintain strong process controls and ensure alignment with Firmwide Standards. Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analysis, Quant Analytics Manager, Analytics Lead, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analysis, Quant Analytics Manager, Analytics Lead, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Alteryx; Tableau; SQL; SAS; leveraging complex data structures; designing automated reporting solutions; developing and maintaining process controls to address risk; and creating executive level key performance indicator reporting.

Job Location: 301 N Walnut Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
