JPMorgan Chase Technology Vendor Enablement Experience Analytics Solutions - Associate in Wilmington, Delaware

As an Analytics Solutions - Associate in the Technology Vendor Enablement Experience team, you will be responsible for performing operational and analytical tasks including designing, proposing, and/or implementing automated / more efficient (less manual) processes for the vendor management team. You will be focused on process improvement, data conditioning, and in some cases validation and controls as accurate & reliable information will be the basis of improving the quality of our data and increasing value and savings for Consumer & Community Banking Technology. Your role as an Associate will include consulting with various technology and functional teams, both internal and external to Consumer & Community Banking Technology to identify best practices that will fit our needs and improve the services and value that we are able to bring to our organization.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in Wilmington, DE offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with our Finance & Business Management partners and other members of the Vendor Management Team

  • Identify issues, develop and communicate resolutions

  • Review the current operating model for various processes, taking the lead on or assisting with opportunities to gain operational efficiencies

  • Document functional requirements for our technology partners, participating in testing of the functionality and ultimately providing sign off prior to production implementation

  • Identify data quality issues and/or certify the accuracy of data

  • Partner with other members of the team to build out reporting which will be used in presentations for all levels of management with clear, concise, and easy to understand graphics that outlines the data for various levels of management

  • Determine how to reduce and optimize professional services spend by rationalizing the requirements and identifying the best course of action while applying our Corporate and Consumer & Community Banking Tech Vendor Guiding Principles

  • Produce reports to improve governance, increase savings, generate strategic opportunities

  • Work on other ad-hoc requests

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 2+ years of work experience, primarily in Data Analytics, Business Management, Project Management, Executive Reporting, Financial Analysis

  • Strong MS Office suite skills with high expertise in Excel, Access, and SharePoint - including working with VBA Macros - Required

  • Alteryx, Tableau skills

  • Proactive approach to problem solving; strong analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality

  • Fosters positive working relationships; manage stakeholders globally

  • Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances

  • Flexibility and willingness to take on stretch opportunities outside of your normal daily activities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry

  • SharePoint application and SharePoint Designer Experience

  • Java skills, Javascript, Python

  • SQL and User Interface tool experience

  • Xceptor
